Series 2 - Lesson 12 - Annotation 5

What nerve plexus in the body of man is regarded by metaphysicians as being the center of emotions and feelings?

5. The solar plexus, the abdominal brain of the body, is the receiving and broadcasting center of emotions and feelings, and is so regarded by metaphysicians. Chapter I of "The Twelve Powers of Man" is suggested as a reference bearing on this question. However, with regard to feelings of love, or feelings concerned with human relations, we find that the center that is often affected first is the cardiac plexus, back of the heart.
